How It Works

  • 1. Scan & start your order

    Scan the website QR code → tap Schedule Now / Order Now.

  • 2. Create your account + enter your address

    Create your account (Google / Apple / Facebook) and enter your address.


    You’ll also be prompted for email, name, phone number, and promo code (optional).


    Use LOCAL5 (Local ZIPs) or CHICAGOFREE15 (Chicago ZIPs).


  • 3. Choose pickup & delivery windows (and bags)

    Once you’re in, tap Order (bottom menu).


    Select your pickup window and delivery window (each is an hour timeframe).


    Choose how many bags you’ll have ready for pickup.


    Use your own bags or garbage bags if that’s easiest. Add any notes if needed.

  • 4. Select services + confirm pricing

    Choose your service:


    Wash & Fold (Suburbs) — $1.95/lb


    Wash & Fold (Downtown Chicago) — $2.25/lb


    Add any Dry Cleaning items if needed.


    The weight you enter is an estimate — we weigh everything at the shop and update pricing accordingly.

  • 5. Add payment, submit, and get confirmation

    Add your credit card (you will not be charged until cleaning is confirmed and completed).


    Submit your order.


    New customers get 25% off automatically applied at checkout.


    Promo codes apply based on address/route eligibility:


    LOCAL5: extra $5 off (Local ZIPs)


    CHICAGOFREE15: $15 delivery credit (Chicago ZIPs)


    We’ll pick up your items, confirm weight/pieces, and send your final total via text + email.


    If anything looks off, contact us within 8 hours of receiving the receipt to adjust or cancel.

  • When do you charge my card?

    Your saved card is charged only after cleaning is completed



    Final pricing is confirmed and sent to you via text + email



    No charges are processed before your order is cleaned

  • How do bags work?

    You will be prompted with a “How many bags?” question when placing your order


    This refers to dirty laundry  and dirty dry cleaning items



    Please separate laundry  and dry cleaning into different bags  if possible


    We can provide a bag for you at pickup


    If it’s easier, feel free to use your own bags

     (Garbage bags or any bags that we can return to you.)



    Recurring customers will receive a dedicated Anthony’s bag to keep

  • How does pricing by weight work?

    Suburbs: $1.95 per pound



    Downtown Chicago: $2.25 per pound



    Orders 50+ lbs qualify for a reduced rate of $1.75 per pound



    The weight entered when placing your order is an estimate



    We weigh all items in-store on a certified scale after pickup



     (We can also weigh in person at pickup if requested.)



    Once weighed, we update your receipt to reflect the exact pound total and final price



    Your updated total will be sent via text or email



    You may accept or decline within 3 hours of receiving the updated receipt

  • What if I need to change/cancel?

    You can cancel your order up to 8 hours before your scheduled pickup.



    Edit your order (items/bags/notes): You can make changes up to 3 hours before pickup.



    Change your delivery time window: You can adjust your delivery slot up to 8 hours before delivery.

  • Can I add dry cleaning items?

    A full dry cleaning menu (with prices) is available in the app


    You can toggle to view individual items and their pricing before submitting your order


    All listed prices are based on our in-store pricing


    Final pricing may be adjusted once the item is received and inspected at the shop


    Adjustments are based on the labor and difficulty required to properly clean the item
